Refunds & Cancellations

I want learning Spanish with me to feel simple, fun, and stress-free. To keep things fair for both of us, here’s my easy-to-follow cancellations and refunds policy:

Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to cancel, just let me know at least 48 hours before your lesson. We can reschedule or I’ll happily give you a refund.

No-Shows
If you miss a lesson without letting me know, I won’t be able to offer a refund. I really want you to get the most out of our time together, so a quick message goes a long way.

Refunds
-Cancel more than 48 hours ahead? āœ… Full refund or reschedule.
-Cancel last minute or don’t show up? āŒ No refund.

Exceptions
Of course, I understand that emergencies happen. If something serious comes up (like illness or a family emergency), just reach out—I’ll do my best to make it work.
